Description

Forever stressed over my new job (the one manager in charge of scheduling and payroll is the scariest, and she keeps messing up so I need to keep talking to her and aaaaaa so scary ''''') So I sketched some OCs I've been thinking of alot lately...they don't have names yet (if anyone has any suggestions I'd be very grateful~)

They're the main characters in this story I keep rolling around in my head (my friend Jennifer helped me quite a bit with plotting it out, she was also a big help in designing them <3). A story where dragons are hunted and enslaved, forced to maintain human forms to survive, and the conflict resulting from it. The dragon boy here is blind and is treated even worse than usual because of his disability. The girl is a princess with insatiable curiosity and, through meeting and bonding with this dragon boy, ends up discovering dark truths about both the dragons and her own people. She'll probably end up as a mediator between the two races, not sure *leshrug* It's rough, but I hope to truly write it out someday...maybe for NaNoWriMo this month, since I'll actually have a laptop by then and finally have the means to type it up X'D

Characters are mine! One day I'll draw all my OCs that have taken residence in my mind...but for now I should work on commissions before I go back to work today ;w;

Awww, they're both so cute! Poor dragon, he kind of reminds me of a cross between Riku & Squirt.... *huggles him*
*loves seeing flowers on boys lol*
I like the princess's hairstyle! :D

I'm sorry to hear that your job is stressful! Most jobs get better as you become more accustomed to them, though your issue with the payroll lady reminds me of one job I had.... One of the biggest reasons I quit was because they kept messing up EVERY SINGLE ONE of my paychecks, and it was too stressful. *sweatdrop*

Whenever she makes a mistake that you have to talk to her about, try to word it in a way that makes it sound like you think it's your fault or that you might have misunderstood. She might be less defensive and scary that way. :p (Though...if she uses that as an excuse to actually blame you and not fix her mistakes, that tactic won't work ._.)

I use writing as a de-stressor, too. XD

That sounds like a cooooool story, I'd definitely want to read it! :D
*cheers you on for NaNoWriMo and congratulates you on the laptop~* :heart:
