What he's ranting about, we're not quite sure X'D Another commission for the lovely 
! She wanted Dawn (Riku replica/Repliku) venting to Riku (his legal guardian I think? Yeah) about teenagery issues...I'm happy to draw them getting along <3 Riku's hair got SUPER LONG over the years; it's hard to see, but it's done in a loose, partial braid. The rest is left alone, and you can see it trailing behind Dawn's back. I would die with that much hair (especially since he has really thick hair like mine, I don't know howww he deals with it X''D )
Berba, I went with the ice cream, since I still laugh a little at Dawn's ice cream dripping down his hand...and I added Mickey Ear Oreos in Riku's ice cream too

Lol, the forgotten ice cream makes me laugh, too. XD And that's a cute idea to put Oreo Mickey ears in Riku's! Seems very suitable that he'd want ice cream that reminds him of his friend.
I like how Dawn's tie is undone, that's a good touch, too.
When I first saw the sketch, I didn't notice the end of Riku's loooong ponytail at first, but when I finally did, I loved it. XD Gosh, I love Riku's long hair so much.... ^^
I love the look on Riku's face, a little exasperated but also affectionate at the same time. X3

Yay doodle! I'm glad you drew it, it's cute to see Riku comforting him like that, assuring him that all these horrible awful problems really aren't a big deal if you have some perspective. ^^
Yeah, Riku's his legal guardian. He and Dawn call each other brothers, but even though they don't like admitting it, there's a lot of parent/child in their relationship, too.
I have this headcanon that Jenova hair grows a lot faster than normal. Maybe part of the reason that Riku stopped cutting it, in addition to forgiving his family, is that he just got tired of having to hack it off so often? XD
Though one advantage is that Jenova hair is tangle-resistant! (How else could Seph still have perfect hair during all those crazy battles? XD) That makes combing it a lot easier than if it was super-long normal hair.
I don't really care about backgrounds, either; the characters are much more important to me~ ^_^
